The Gulf of Ob is a bay of the Arctic Ocean, located in Northern Russia at the mouth of the Ob River. It is the world's longest estuary.

It spans approximately 1,000 kilometers (620 miles) in length, with a width fluctuating between 50 to 80 kilometers (31 to 50 miles), and predominantly follows a north-south trajectory.

Moving towards the northern region, apart from a handful of islands near the coastline, like Khalevigo and Nyavigo, the Gulf of Ob remains devoid of islands until it converges with the Kara Sea.
